In the role based in Toronto, you'll drive quality excellence while mentoring a talented team of Quality Engineers. You will take charge of developing test frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and implementing cutting-edge tools leveraging AI/ML. Your strategic thinking combined with technical execution will support the delivery of high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the QE strategy and testing best practices
• Design automation test frameworks for various platforms
• Define testing standards in collaboration with stakeholders
• Validate data quality and automate validation processes
• Troubleshoot complex testing issues and defects
Requirements:
• 8+ years in QA/QE with proven leadership
• 3+ years managing quality engineering teams
• Expert in Python for test automation tasks
• Advanced skills in SQL Server database testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and strategies
