You will be responsible for leading improvements in the quality management system and coordinating key safety programs. Critical tasks include change management and handling consumer quality issues swiftly. A detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills will thrive in this position while contributing to the success of our manufacturing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage quality system documentation and audits
• Oversee the execution of product testing and analysis
• Lead training and compliance reviews for site quality programs
• Support consumer complaint investigations thoroughly
• Track calibration of lab and production instruments
Requirements:
• BSc in Biology, Food Science, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years in a food manufacturing quality role
• Expertise in quality software and SAP functioning
• In-depth understanding of HACCP and quality standards
• Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions
