With NRT leading in Fin Tech, we are seeking a Quality Assurance and Releases Coordinator for our mobile/web applications. This key role requires you to develop test plans, track issues, and help implement effective customer training methods. Overseeing mobile app releases while ensuring compliance with app store standards forms a crucial part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Track and document software defects through bug-tracking methods

• Communicate QA results and gather user feedback

• Oversee customer training initiatives for mobile/web apps

• Manage releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 2 years in a QA capacity

• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and MySQL

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented approach with strong organization skills
