In this foundational role, you’ll shape Zafin’s QA processes and standards tailored for their innovative solutions. Collaborating with developers and data engineers, you will conduct testing, drive defect resolution, and lead the mentorship of other QA professionals while ensuring top-notch system quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement QA standards and testing processes
• Own the test strategy for complex backend applications
• Validate data workflows and integrations between systems
• Manage API validation and performance testing tasks
• Promote modern testing methodologies like DST among teams
Requirements:
• 3-4 years in senior software testing roles
• 2+ years of experience in defining QA standards
• 2+ years of leading, mentoring QA teams
• Strong API testing experience with tools like Postman
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field
