Position: Riverside Quality Improvement Leader Role
Lead the charge in food safety and quality as Riverside Natural Foods Ltd.'s Senior Quality Improvement Leader. This role focuses on improving product quality and ensuring safety for better consumer experiences.

As a key member of Riverside’s dedicated team, you'll bring your expertise in food safety management to enhance our quality assurance initiatives. Your responsibilities will include deep investigations into safety incidents and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration. Upholding Riverside’s family values, you will ensure compliance with BRC standards while driving process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead investigations of quality incidents

• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement quality improvements

• Utilize statistical methods to enhance food safety practices

• Develop training programs to upskill staff in quality measures

• Monitor and report on food safety KPIs regularly

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related discipline

• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality roles

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is essential

• In-depth knowledge of GMPs and food safety regulations

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
