Position: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for Tim Hortons
Shape quality assurance practices at Restaurant Brands International as a Senior Analyst for Tim Hortons merchandise. Your focus will ensure the highest quality goods for customers and franchises.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager and oversee quality assurance for Tim Hortons' diverse product lines. You will work directly with suppliers and internal teams to uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and specifications. Your contributions will directly enhance customer satisfaction at thousands of locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control for general merchandise in North America

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor compliance

• Develop specifications and conduct internal audits

• Act as a quality expert in product development

• Evaluate and address consumer complaints about quality

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in a Quality Assurance role

• 3+ years of experience in corporate settings

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong understanding of quality assurance systems

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
