This full-time, hybrid internship lasts from January to December 2027. You will assist the North America Quality department and contribute to AI use cases aimed at optimizing quality activities. Collaborating with peers and mentors, you'll enhance your understanding of project lifecycle processes while supporting key performance metrics for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in North America Quality assurance tasks
• Implement AI use cases to enhance efficiency
• Support Quality Assurance Manager with task follow-ups
• Manage customer surveys to collect feedback
• Update scripts or tools utilized by the team
Requirements:
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field
• Completed at least 2 years of studies
• Fluent English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with relevant software tools
• Ability to work full-time in hybrid model
