Quality Coordinator in Construction Projects

Become a key player in quality assurance with Trillium Guideway Partners as a Quality Coordinator. Drive quality practices across the Ontario Line project and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

In this full-time role, you will apply the Construction Quality Management Plan while leading inspections for the Ontario Line project by ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada and Amico Major Projects. Your expertise will ensure quality management systems meet regulatory requirements. You will drive continuous improvement and help maintain high-quality standards throughout construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on-site and off-site

• Monitor construction progress and resolve quality issues

• Oversee testing of materials, such as concrete and soil

• Ensure compliance with specified Inspection & Test Plans

• Document findings and corrective actions for quality management

Requirements:

• Relevant certificates in transit construction

• Knowledge of industry best practices and materials

• Experience with quality inspection tools and documentation

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
