Elevate your career as a QC Microsection Inspector at OSI Electronics. This day shift role focuses on evaluating printed circuit board integrity and quality compliance from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Join PFC Flexible Circuits Limited to process micro-sections of circuit boards. You will assess in-process and finished products to ensure they meet IPC specifications and customer requirements. As a detail-oriented inspector, you'll play a vital role in communicating quality issues, documenting inspection results, and maintaining meticulous logs to uphold product standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare microsection specimens accurately following work instructions
• Assess products for quality using microscopes and IPC guidelines
• Complete necessary documentation for inspection results
• Communicate quality issues to the QC Manager effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization through 5S housekeeping
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum one year in QA, QC, or visual inspection
• Proficient with microscopes and related equipment
• IPC-A-600 CIS certification is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
