Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks a Test Lead to oversee testing for enterprise technology projects. Leverage your strong Playwright experience and practical knowledge of AI testing capabilities to improve software quality. You will lead planning, execution, and effective communication between onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead test planning and execution for initiatives
• Coordinate onshore and offshore testing resources
• Develop and maintain test strategies and coverage
• Design automated tests using Playwright
• Monitor test progress and report on quality metrics
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Playwright and automation frameworks
• Experience in AI-enabled testing practices
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze risks and defects efficiently
