In this people leader role, you will contribute to a multi-year global transformation initiative by ensuring Clinical/R&D Quality aligns with the Transcend future-state blueprint. Engage as a subject matter expert while collaborating with diverse teams to implement effective solutions that optimize business processes. Your leadership will be pivotal in supporting process harmonization and mitigating business risks throughout the project's lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as subject matter expert for Clinical/R&D Quality
• Ensure alignment with Transcend future blueprint
• Act as Change Champion for global standardization
• Develop and steward the Global Template for quality
• Document and map end-to-end Clinical/R&D Quality processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in business operations or supply chain
• Proficient in SAP ERP processes
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage direct and indirect reports
