Purpose:The Global Deliver Quality Excellence Director is accountable for establishing and leading the global Commercial Quality strategy, governance, and execution model for Deliver Quality Excellence across Innovative Medicine. This Director-level role provides strategic oversight for transportation quality, temperature control, distribution quality processes, Deliver-related compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting the Global Commercial Quality Organization. The role leads a global team including leaders representing each of the region and is accountable for ensuring consistent standards, risk-based decision making, inspection readiness, business continuity support, efficiency initiatives and end-to-end quality governance across global and regional Deliver activities.
The position serves as the senior Quality leader and point of escalation at a global level for Deliver, GTTO, Trade Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Systems, JJRC, regional Commercial Quality teams, and other strategic partners…
