Quality Automation Engineer Selenium AI

Build software quality with Selenium automation and AI-enabled testing at Manulife, supporting secure, dynamic, and efficient customer platforms. Work across legacy systems and emerging technologies.

As a Quality Engineer within Insurance Technology’s Promises Delivered Value Stream, you will help develop digital solutions. Your work includes automated testing, performance testing, manual functional testing, and defect analysis. You will contribute to quality outcomes through traceable test plans, clear communication, and practical process improvements.

• Translate requirements and technical designs into meaningful testing feedback
• Create and execute automated regression and performance scripts
• Validate AI-assisted testing outputs for accuracy and compliance
• Investigate automation failures and communicate findings clearly
• Prepare quality audit reports and monitor quality indicators

• Three or more years in Software Quality Assurance
• Advanced experience with test automation and comprehensive test planning
• Hands-on Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, and Jira experience
• Knowledge of UI, automated, behavior-driven, black-box, and white-box testing
• Ability to apply risk-based testing and coach colleagues
