Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Architectural quality inspection meets major transit construction in Downtown Toronto with Ontario Transit Group. Apply your expertise in finishes, envelopes, and quality documentation.
As Architectural Quality Inspector, you will oversee architectural, finishing, and building envelope works for the Ontario Line South Civil package. The work requires experience with inspections, Inspection and Test Plans, material approvals, NCRs, and quality records. You will collaborate with Construction, Design, Systems, Handover, Commercial, and Quality teams to support progressive acceptance and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect architectural, finishing, and building envelope installations
- Develop, review, and implement architectural Inspection and Test Plans
- Verify materials against approved MARs and specifications
- Document deficiencies and support corrective action closure
- Maintain auditable quality records for station handovers
- Minimum five years of architectural inspection or construction quality experience
- Diploma or degree in architecture, construction, or related discipline
- Experience with ITPs, material approvals, NCRs, and quality documentation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Microsoft Office and digital quality platform proficiency
Support Ontario Line delivery through architectural inspections, material verification, NCR management, and accurate quality documentation in Toronto.
