About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Site Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our residential properties across Toronto. This role is ideal for someone hands‑on who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating showings, and assisting with basic maintenance and site support.

• Conduct room and unit showings for prospective tenants
• Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (minor repairs, checks, reporting issues)
• Liaise with tenants regarding site‑related concerns
• Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and contractors when needed
• Ensure units and common areas are presentable and well‑maintained
• Take photos/videos of units when required
• Provide regular updates to the operations team

• Fluent English is required (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service is an asset
• Comfortable speaking with tenants and prospects
• Basic understanding of maintenance tasks (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and well‑organized
• Able to travel between sites in Toronto
• Smartphone required (for communication, photos, and updates)
