Live In Assistant Building Manager - Maintenance Services

Our Live In Assistant Building Managers are responsible for providing an excellent resident experience through the general management and oversight of a property, including preventative and repair maintenance, responding to emergency situations and problem solving.

Compensation:

This posting is to backfill an existing position within the team.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $28,000 - $36,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package. For live-in positions, a unit will also be provided as part of the package.
