Position Description
As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prioritizing your day based on prospective tenant showing requestsAttend multiple sites within a region to show vacant suitesAnswering prospective tenant inquiries by telephone and emailCompleting regular reporting on vacancy and metrics for management reviewConducting open housesAddressing tenant issuesUp-sell and cross-sell properties based on potential tenants must haves and nice to have requirementsProcessing tenant application forms; completing background checks, etc.Supporting property management team with any other administrative tasks as required.Experience
Ideally experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager /7s would be an asset2+ years’ experience as a leasing agentQualifications
Strong computer skills a MUSTMUST be flexible with working hours and be available to work weekends if requiredAble to multi-task and work in fast a paced environmentHave strong communication skills, able to manage client relationshipsHave excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feetPLEASE NOTE THAT A VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ARE REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
