Summary
Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional with a passion for real estate and a knack for strategy? As a Regional Leasing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our leasing operations—energizing teams, driving occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience across our communities. Working closely with the Manager, Leasing, and a team of Leasing Specialists, you’ll implement innovative leasing strategies, lead engaging training sessions, and stay ahead of market trends.
Your creativity, insight, and leadership will directly contribute to our success by attracting new tenants and fostering lasting resident satisfaction.
$60,000 plus monthly car allowance
What You’ll Get To Do- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative leasing strategies that drive occupancy and resident retention.
- Support leasing teams in hitting performance goals through coaching, training, and hands‑on assistance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies and promotional approaches.
- Conduct regular property visits to assess leasing conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and update marketing materials, and contribute to strategic advertising and event planning.
- Prepare timely reports and meeting summaries to keep teams aligned and performance on track.
- Stay current on local rental markets, building features, and resident needs to enhance leasing appeal.
- Organize and support Open Houses and promotional initiatives that boost visibility and engagement.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across leasing and property management teams.
- College or University Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Highly organized, with strong time management, prioritization, and accountability
- Familiarity with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, Rent Cafe, App Folio) preferred; strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn are equally valued
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
