About the RoleIf you've been working in property management or real estate and feel like your earning potential has hit a ceiling — this role is different. Who You AreYou know the Ontario RTA. You've handled tenant issues, maintenance coordination, and landlord communication without needing your hand held. You're organized, responsive, and take pride in keeping your portfolio running smoothly. You're looking for a company that matches your standards — and a role that rewards you for meeting them.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for a residential landlord portfolio across the GTA
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs from work order intake through vendor execution and quality control
- Present maintenance solutions, recommendations, and updates to property owners
- Manage tenant turnovers, move-out inspections, and lease compliance
- Issue LTB notices and support rent collection and arrears management
- Drive monthly performance targets with commission earned above threshold
- Maintain accurate records within our automated workflow and property management systems
- 1–3 years in property management, real estate, leasing, property administration, or tenant relations
- Solid working knowledge of the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong client communication skills — professional, clear, and timely
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working within technology-driven systems and automated workflows
- Real estate salesperson license is a bonus — licensed realtors receive brokerage incentives through PMT Realty Inc.
- Located within commuting distance of Downtown Toronto — this role is 100% in-office
