Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-tax cash flow analyses and lease restructuring
• Make recommendations based on strategic real estate options

• Prepare high-quality presentations for client proposals
• Assist in quality control of analytical materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or real estate
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience
• Familiarity with lease accounting principles
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
