Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property management and tenant interactions

• Analyze financials and prepare monthly management reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial properties

• Knowledge of BOMA BEST and LEED EB:

OM preferred

• Preferred RPA or CPM designation; relevant education desired

• Expertise in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi Voyageur

• Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities
