As Interim Vice President, you will oversee critical responsibilities for maintaining operational continuity in Fengate's residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in residential real estate, managing marketing campaigns and broker relationships. Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution of leasing strategies and enhance customer experiences across multiple residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, leasing, and marketing activity for residential projects

• Lead the execution of marketing programs and initiatives
