As a pivotal team member, you will play a key role in expanding Glasslake's footprint across Canada, particularly in Quebec. Your expertise in structuring and originating diverse commercial debt will be essential. You will build solid borrow and intermediary relationships while collaborating with various internal teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source diverse CRE debt opportunities across various sectors
• Maintain a dynamic pipeline of market-driven opportunities
• Deepen relationships with sponsors, brokers, and developers
• Participate in structuring and underwriting loan terms
• Present investment proposals to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance
• Proven success in closing competitive transactions
• In-depth knowledge of CRE products and markets
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
