Property Management Expert at RBI

Join Restaurant Brands International as a Property Management Expert, taking charge of North American properties to support iconic brands like TIM HORTONS® and BURGER KING®. Manage lease data, financial reporting, and property escalations effectively.

This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of property management operations  will engage with various departments while ensuring seamless lease management, financial reconciliation, and effective communication with franchisees and landlords. Your strong management skills will help address site issues and enhance brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure lease data is current and compliant with standards

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve property issues

• Oversee the monthly and annual financial reviews

• Manage collections for tenant arrears and bad debts

• Assist with process improvements and audits

Requirements:

• 5+ years in property management, accounting, or lease administration

• Strong understanding of financial and legal property management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to juggle competing priorities efficiently

• Advanced project management expertise
