Analyst for Real Estate Investments at Fengate

Become an integral part of Fengate's team as an Analyst for Real Estate Investments in Toronto. Help drive acquisitions and dispositions with your analytical proficiency and financial expertise.

This full-time position reports to the Managing Director of Investments and centers on supporting the strategic financial aspects of property investment. You will work on valuation models that inform crucial decisions related to land acquisitions and development projects, presenting data to stakeholders and refining evaluation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial model development for acquisitions

• Prepare models for ground-up development projects

• Analyze operational assumptions and market conditions

• Create tools to enhance project evaluation efficiency

• Deliver presentations on project feasibility and risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or business

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and presentation abilities

• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach
