Senior Retail Asset Management Executive

Lead the retail strategy as the Senior Vice President of Retail Asset Management with King Sett Capital in Toronto. Oversee property management and build successful stakeholder collaborations.

You will report directly to the Senior Vice President, focusing on enhancing property values through strategic planning and operational excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring effective engagement in leasing and community programs, preparing Portfolio Plans, and managing annual budgets.

Your role is essential in aligning property performance with market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed property reviews for strategic advancements

• Negotiate retail leases and contractual agreements

• Oversee property managers for performance tracking

• Ensure compliance with risk management protocols

• Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance

Requirements:

• Degree in business, real estate or related discipline

• More than 12 years retail experience in the industry

• Understanding of financial models involving recoveries

• Advanced Excel skills and proficient in MS Office

• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
