Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Annual Portfolio Plans and property budgets

• Conduct reviews with property managers for performance tracking

• Develop and execute leasing plans in collaboration with brokers

• Prepare asset performance reports and analyses

• Address environmental and risk management matters

Requirements:

• Degree in business, real estate, or a related field

• 6-8 years of retail asset management experience

• Financial acumen in budgeting and capital planning

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
