As part of Altus Group’s Advisory division, you will oversee the quarterly valuation of real estate investments while utilizing your advanced Excel capabilities. Your expertise will improve client deliverables through innovative data visualizations, and you’ll mentor junior staff to maintain high quality throughout working engagements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quarterly valuations for real estate investment vehicles

• Create visualizations for client deliverables including dashboards

• Communicate project status and delegate tasks effectively

• Review appraisals for UPCAP compliance

• Manage relationships with client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or related field

• High-level Excel proficiency and VBA experience

• Background in Asset Management or Real Estate

• Expertise in financial analysis and ARGUS

• Strong project management and communication skills
