King Sett Capital is seeking a Director, Retail Asset Management to join the Toronto team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Retail and Asset Resilience, you will lead value creation strategies on a property-by-property basis for King Sett's retail portfolio.
You will oversee leasing, operations, budgeting, and capital planning, partner with property managers and brokers, and drive performance reporting to support sustainable returns.
