This internship is tailored for students exploring careers in global real estate. You will assist with portfolio management, value creation strategies, and cross-department collaboration. Reporting to the Principal, you will have exposure to a diverse global portfolio worth approximately C $30 billion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze investments within Canadian and international portfolios

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management

• Support budget tracking and annual valuations

• Implement value-creation initiatives across the portfolio

• Collaborate on research and strategic project execution

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in business, finance, or accounting

• Strong academic performance required

• Knowledge of investment and valuation analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ARGUS experience a plus

• Effective time management under pressure
