HOOPP's Real Estate Portfolio Management group invites applications for an 8- or 12-month co-op placement. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience through critical analytics, utilizing tools like Argus Taliance and Tableau to support investment management.

Your role will involve a commitment to teamwork and innovation, ensuring that you actively contribute to the data-driven success of our real estate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing the semi-annual Real Estate Forecast

• Validate valuation models and investment capacity analysis

• Improve existing Taliance import models

• Support maintenance of BI reports and dashboards

• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for the team

Requirements:

• Pursuing a BSc or MBA in related fields

• Background in finance, real estate, or computer science

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools

• Strong analytical skills with data processing

• Motivated self-starter with collaboration experience
