Position: Real Estate Strategy Manager Role
Lead strategic real estate optimization initiatives as a Portfolio Real Estate Strategy Manager. This position focuses on maximizing value through redevelopment and asset planning.

This full-time role requires extensive knowledge in real estate development and asset management. You will initiate portfolio studies and evaluate both development and sales opportunities across diverse assets, including office spaces and land. Your expertise will guide the execution of due diligence, budgeting, and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate portfolio optimization studies and strategies

• Analyze and present new development or sales opportunities

• Coordinate comprehensive due diligence for transactions

• Maintain organized records of contracts and documents

• Advocate for clients in asset disposition negotiations

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate development

• Strong knowledge of asset monetization and market analysis

• Proven negotiation skills in complex real estate transactions
