As a vital part of our team, you will report to the Ontario Director of Operations, effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties. The role includes supervising staff, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with city orders and regulations. You will also contribute significantly to client relations and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Residential Managers and administrative staff
• Manage budget development and operational oversight
• Conduct regular inspections across assigned properties
• Coordinate contractor management and maintenance work
• Assist in rent collection and lease administration
Requirements:
• Experience in residential property management
• Knowledge of building systems and legislation
• Proficient with Yardi or similar financial software
• Strong communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to respond to emergency calls
