Position: Property Manager ON

In this position, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance and presentation. You’ll develop operating procedures, conduct regular inspections, manage projects, and maintain tenant relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations and maintenance tasks

• Develop and maintain operating procedures and compliance

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor property conditions

• Manage capital projects and lease improvements

• Administer leases and monitor competitive market trends

Requirements:

• 4+ years of property management experience

• Post-secondary education in property management preferred

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Yardi knowledge is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Police clearance verification required
