Position: Lead Property Management for Highways
Join Ontario's Major Highway Projects Division as the Head of Property, where you will oversee strategic property planning and acquisition for Highway 413. Lead a high-performing team and make a lasting impact on infrastructure development.

This leadership role requires strong expertise in real estate and project management. You'll be responsible for directing property acquisition efforts, negotiating settlements, and managing relationships with consultants, municipalities, and Indigenous communities. Your strategic vision will play a crucial role in resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property acquisition and management for Highway 413

• Manage appraisals, negotiations, and compensation settlements

• Coordinate removal of obstacles and support land disposal

• Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Indigenous communities

• Respond to emergency real estate situations and provide solutions

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in property management and real estate

• Experience in team guidance and risk management

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and market conditions

• Strong analytical and project management skills
