Step into a key role as a Condominium Manager with 4

In this position, you will manage the daily operations of condominiums within the Greater Toronto Area. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop proactive relationships with owners and trades
• Manage onsite staff, including superintendents and cleaners
• Prepare and direct budgets for the Condominium Corporation
• Chair Board meetings and prepare reports
• Conduct inspections to maintain property standards
Requirements:
• Valid CMRAO Limited or General License required
• 2 years of experience in property management
• Tech proficiency with Buildium and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication for meeting facilitation
• Reliable vehicle for site visits required
