Commercial Property Management Leader

In this managerial role, you will oversee property managers, manage budgets, and evaluate financial reports from various properties. Your expertise in leasing and property-related tasks will facilitate improved leasing activity. Additionally, you will work closely with the Managing Partners on lease negotiations and operational strategies. Some travel for property inspections is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations through effective supervision of Property Managers

• Approve financial budgets and monitor financial performance

• Negotiate leases and assess applicants at all stages

• Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance contracts

• Report on property performance metrics and leasing trends

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma required

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in property management

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
