The Leasing Consultant will lead property tours, address inquiries promptly, and support successful lease conversions. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct comprehensive property tours

• Build rapport with prospective residents during inquiries

• Maintain relationships with current residents

• Support lease discussions and marketing promotions

• Oversee community presentation and quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years in leasing, hospitality, or client-facing roles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic

• Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends

• Knowledge of Yardi or similar systems is desirable
