In this on-site role, you will provide dedicated support to the Real Estate team during a pivotal airport expansion. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating space requests, managing tenant relations, and driving alignment between commercial and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key liaison for tenant relocation and spacing
• Align commercial objectives with project requirements
• Balance operational needs with future development options
• Track project milestones and manage risks proactively
• Facilitate tenant engagement and communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience
• Background in commercial real estate and leasing
• Experience in aviation infrastructure is preferred
• Strong project management and risk mitigation skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
