Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction

• Lead the leasing process from start to finish

• Perform property inspections and assist with moves

• Administer services and collect payments

• Keep track of vacancies to achieve leasing goals

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service or administration roles

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge an asset

• Strong communication skills required

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle may be needed
