Join Barney River as an On-Site Property Manager, responsible for managing multi-residential properties in a permanent full-time position.

You will leverage your extensive experience, spanning over 5-7 years in property management, to enhance occupancy rates, control costs, and oversee maintenance. Leading a dedicated on-site team, you'll ensure properties meet high standards while complying with legal requirements. This role is crucial for creating sustainable, thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations and service quality

• Coordinate leasing activities and tenant communications

• Ensure timely maintenance and safety compliance

• Review and manage budgets to optimize financial performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years in property management

• Experience in financial reporting and rent collections

• Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act (Ontario)

• Knowledge of coordinating maintenance and vendor contracts
