Elevate retail property management with JLL in Toronto, ON. As a Retail Property Manager, you'll enhance tenant experiences while managing operations at premier locations.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will oversee the retail and office operations of Manulife Centre and 625 Church Street. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the retail market, dedication to customers, and leadership skills to guide a small team in executing company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead property administration and operations efficiently
• Cultivate relationships with tenants; address their concerns promptly
• Direct capital projects and improvements in line with budgets
• Manage third-party service providers to maintain service quality
• Prepare quarterly and monthly operating reports
Requirements:
• 7+ years of progressive property management experience
• Proven team management skills with performance feedback
• Excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities
• Relevant industry certification, i.e., Real Property Administrator
• Expert knowledge of MS Office and property management software
