Become a key player at Fengate Asset Management as an Analyst for Real Estate Projects in Toronto. This full-time analyst role involves managing core investments and development projects in key cities.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Investments, you'll support acquisition and valuation modeling for development and repositioning projects. Your financial acumen will drive the evaluation process and provide strategic insights based on comprehensive market data. You will present findings and participate in development meetings, ensuring an innovative and efficient approach to project evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and interpret financial models for acquisitions

Requirements:
