Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Consultant for our Toronto office to provide expert valuation and advisory services. Engage with clients and utilize advanced financial modeling techniques.

As a Consultant, you will deliver comprehensive market research and valuation insights for diverse property interests. Your key skills will include advanced appraisal techniques, effective communication, and relationship building with legal professionals. You will contribute to the Cushman & Wakefield network, leveraging technology and collaborative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide valuation advice on a broad range of properties

• Conduct in-depth market research across Canada

• Construct financial models using ARGUS software

• Inspect properties and engage with market participants

• Train and mentor new consultants in valuation practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field

• Understanding of property law and financial principles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Proficiency in financial modeling software
