Senior Real Estate Manager

Position: Senior Real Estate Manager at RBC
Lead complex real estate projects with RBC's Corporate Real Estate team in Toronto. This strategic role focuses on program delivery, managing budgets, and optimizing costs while upholding climate commitments.

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of real estate initiatives across your region. Collaborating closely with business units and CRE Centers of Excellence, you will ensure project compliance with RBC's strategic goals. This position requires a strong emphasis on relationship management and effective negotiation with stakeholders to achieve service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of real estate programs

• Provide expertise on regional initiatives and governance

• Liaise with business unit leads and service partners

• Assess location needs and negotiate property relationships

• Support businesses in lease agreements and renewals

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in Corporate Real Estate

• 3+ years in program/project management

• Knowledge of project management processes

• Strong relationship management skills

• Experience managing outsourced vendor relationships
