As a Transaction Manager, you will take charge of brokerage activities and manage workflows while maintaining deadlines across the team. Collaborate with senior brokers as the central point for all transactions, proposals, and client deliverables. The role also involves utilizing technology and enhancing client experiences through strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all brokerage activities, ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage onboarding for new listings, marketing materials, and proposals
• Handle transactions from listing to closing, ensuring compliance
• Maintain database accuracy in Salesforce and generate reports
• Develop operational workflows leveraging technology for efficiency
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in commercial real estate or similar field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional communication abilities, attentive to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Experience in process improvement within operations
