Valuation Consultant

Position: Valuation Consultant at Altus Group
Join Altus Group as a Valuation Consultant and leverage your expertise in real estate valuation. This role focuses on coordinating delivery processes and analyzing valuation data for various asset types.

As a Valuation Consultant, you’ll independently lead the end-to-end valuation process across diverse property types. Engage with analysts and clients to provide accurate valuations while applying USPAP guidelines. Your expertise in market rent and growth, pricing, and operating expenses will be crucial in guiding the team and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the delivery process and schedule coordination

• Review models and assumptions for valuation accuracy

• Analyze market data and confirm valuation assumptions

• Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts

• Facilitate communication between clients and third-party appraisers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate valuation processes

• Familiarity with USPAP and compliance regulations

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work on multiple asset classes

• Capacity for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
