In this senior role, you will oversee leasing activities for a significant office portfolio in Downtown Toronto. With a keen focus on maximizing occupancy and asset value, you will collaborate with internal teams, manage the GTA office leasing group, and directly support the Senior Vice President. Your leadership will help shape our strategic leasing approach and foster lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead leasing activities for a portfolio of three office assets
• Develop and execute asset-specific leasing strategies
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with various teams to meet project obligations
• Conduct thorough market analysis and assess leasing performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leasing experience
• Proven leadership abilities in commercial real estate
• Strong financial acumen in lease economics
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Valid real estate license and RECO registration required
