What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Architect and implement a scalable Research Ops framework, including participant recruitment and insights repository management
Lead the research strategy for the Merchant Experience Platform, validating designs and conducting post-launch research
Partner with product leaders on new initiatives, conducting early-stage discovery to understand merchant pain points
Scale the Design Partnership Program by establishing a customer advisory framework with strategic retail partners
Evangelize the value of research across the organization through workshops and mentoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of UX Research experience in B2B2C SaaS environments
Proven track record of building or maturing a research function from scratch
A portfolio demonstrating success in launching new product categories and optimizing existing experiences
Expertise in mixed methods, including usability testing and survey design
Ability to analyze data and translate complex research findings into compelling narratives for stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience navigating B2B research challenges, including recruiting busy professionals
Familiarity with ethnographic field studies and longitudinal diary studies
