The YMCA of Greater Toronto is seeking a Research and Evaluation Assistant for an 8-week contract starting June 22, 2026. In this role, you will aid in research design, conduct literature reviews, and assist with data collection using various methods. Your contributions will drive program understanding and improvement, fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the design, implementation, and analysis of research studies
• Conduct literature reviews to identify emerging community trends
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data via surveys and interviews
• Prepare actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Support project coordination and maintain research documentation
Requirements:
• Age between 15 to 30 at employment start
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Knowledge of program evaluation and research methods
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to YMCA’s Mission and Values
